''Out of the Box Kids' Club" is a dream come true! The home environment the school has created is exceptional and fulfills a much needed gap in the Singapore student care ecosystem. As a working mother, this home away from home concept gives me so much to be thankful for. I can now focus on my career knowing my daughter is extremely happy and well taken care of.
Myrna Poon, mother of Kyla Wong, Henry Park Primary School P4 student
As a working mom with my own established career in the financial industry, I was reluctant to give up my career to be a stay at home mom. On the other hand, I would like the best possible environment for my kids during their after school hours when they enter primary school. I was not receptive to the idea of having my kids stay at home with a domestic helper and whittle their time away at home. I was really glad to have found ''Out of the Box Kids' Club" and the homely environment reminds my kids of the child care center that they used to attend at Claymore. The teachers are patient and firm at the same time and on top of ensuring that my kids complete their homework, they have also arranged for non academic lessons such as Robotics and Chess which my kids thoroughly enjoy. When lessons are over, the teachers at ''Out of the Box Kids' Club" are also flexible and allow some downtime for reading, games or a little TV. The kids are managed like they are home away from home. At times, my kids enjoy their time spent at ''Out of the Box Kids' Club" so much that they do not want to leave! My mind is at ease knowing that they are well looked after and are having a fulfilling and enriching time spent at ''Out of the Box Kids' Club".
